Goodness and Evil are a persistent theme in the writings of CS Lewis – both in his novels and his philosophical/ theological works. Much of his works was considerably influenced by his friends and other works of literature.
We shall look together at some of the metaphors and ideas that Lewis – and some of his influencers – use in their writings – these will include novels from Lewis’s Cosmic Trilogy, the Narnia novels, some of his Essays and some works of JRR Tolkien, Dorothy L Sayers and others.
In this Workshop/ Retreat we discuss how these can help us understand better the meaning of goodness and evil and how we these can affect our lives
